Contract 1 - General Construction - $9,900,000 Contract 2 - Plumbing Construction - $775,000 Contract 3 - Mechanical Construction - $3,400,000 Contract 4 - Electrical Construction - $2,000,000 Contract 5 - Communications Cabling Construction - $300,000 Contract 6 - Roofing Construction (Elementary School Only) - $350,000 Work includes at the Middle/High School: General Construction: Reconstructing asphalt parking lot to create a new bus drop off loop and student drop off area including additional parking spaces and sidewalks. Reconstructing asphalt access road to building. Reconstructing student asphalt area by cafeteria. Reconstructing existing track and relocating track events. Reconstruction athletic field inside track including regrading field. Installing new bleachers and walkway at track and athletic field. Installing new asphalt parking at baseball field. Reconstruction and alteration work to classrooms spaces, administration spaces, and other building rooms throughout the building. Building a new addition, canopies, and bench seating to the front of building. This work includes asbestos abatement, demolition work, concrete work, structural steel work, new walls, windows, curtain walls, curtain walls, doors, door hardware, flooring, finishes, roofing work, installing casework, built-in equipment, display cases, marker boards, and tack boards. Work also includes work that needs to be performed in order for other contractors to complete their work. Plumbing Construction: Work includes providing plumbing fixtures, valves, pumps, and piping related to completing the work listed above in the General Construction Contract. Work also includes work that needs to be performed in order for other contractors to complete their work. Mechanical Construction: Work includes providing new piping, valves, ductwork, controls, mechanical units, dust collector and all accessories related to completing work listed above in the General Construction Contract. Work also includes work that needs to be performed in order for other contractors to complete their work. Electrical Construction: Work includes providing wiring, conduits, electrical panels, transformers, lighting fixtures, Site lighting, removing existing light fixtures and reinstalling fixtures, installing new generator, fire alarm system, PA system security system related to completing work listed above in the General Construction Contract. Work also includes work that needs to be performed in order for other contractors to complete their work. Communications Cabling Construction: IT cabling and equipment for new work throughout the renovation space. Work includes at the Elementary School: General Construction: Installing new asphalt parking lot with site lighting. Renovate four gang toilet rooms (2 boys toilet rooms, 2 girls toilet rooms). Renovate nurse’s suite including an ADA toilet room. Installing new ADA lift at stage in gym/auditorium. Demolition work and asbestos abatement work related to completing work above. Mechanical Construction: Installing air conditioning throughout building. Provide exhaust related to toilet renovations. Plumbing Construction: Providing all plumbing work related to renovating toilet rooms and nurse’s suite and air conditioning work. Electrical Construction: Provide all electrical work related to all work be mechanical and general construction work including, site lighting, PA System and fire alarm system. Roof Construction: Provide reconstructive roof work at the elementary school, inclusive of roof penetrations as may be required by other contracts. Communications Cabling Construction: IT cabling and equipment for new work throughout the renovation space.
