Deadline for Vendors to Submit Vendor Clarification Questions and or equal Substitution Requests July 8, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. (EDT) City Issues Responses to Vendor Questions and Response to or equal Substitution Requests via an Amendment On or before July 15, 2022 6:00 p.m. (EDT) Approximate award date 09/16/2022 04:00 PM (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada) The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. The demolition and removal of selected structural, mechanical, and electrical system components. 2. Mechanical system replacement. 3. Freight elevator modernization. 4. Architectural work, including building exterior and interior repairs, maintenance, and; work associated with the demolition of the HVAC system, including roofing, concrete, floor, and wall patching and repairs. 5. Electrical conduit, wiring, panelboards, lighting, and other electrical system modifications. 6. Site improvement work. 7. Other related work as indicated in the Contract Documents for the Archives & Records Center. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
