Therefore, the quoter will provide evidence that all technicians performing maintenance on EEOC’s UPS System are Eaton technicians. Required Replacement Parts and Materials (if needed) – The quoter will provide a statement of understanding that all replacement parts and materials, if required, must be Eaton parts specifically made for the Model of EEOC’s UPS System. Batteries – Quoter will ensure that only batteries specifically authorized by Eaton per the Model of EEOC’s UPS are provided under as replacement batteries. |
