Contract Labor- Kitchen Equipment

Purpose of this bid is to select prospective contractor(s) to perform various kitchen equipment repairs and installations. Services shall include kitchen refrigerators and freezers, gas systems, steam systems, refrigerant lines & systems, kitchen hoods, equipment cleaning, custom furnishings and fixtures, décor package purchase and/or installation, equipment temperature monitoring, transportation & setup of equipment, short-term equipment storage, miscellaneous labor services in facilities districtwide on an annual contract basis, from January 1, 2023 through December 31st, 2023. Term of Bid: From date of award through January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023 with renewal options. Bids received prior to this date and time will be opened in the Conference Room, and may not be withdrawn for 120 days after opening. All bids received after the specified date and time will not be opened or considered for award.
