This Project will Upgrade Emergency Generators at Northport VA Medical Center, 79 Middleville Road, Northport, NY 11768-2200. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, supplies, equipment, personnel, and supervision to accomplish project number 632-16-101 Upgrade Emergency Generators Phase 1 in accordance with the statement of work and specifications attached hereto. Completion Time is 575 calendar days from the notice-to-proceed date. Contractor will be responsible to coordinate and schedule work to minimize interruption of the hospital operations and plan work typically during duty hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time except as noted in the general conditions and as approved by the CO. Work shall comply with VA Specifications and regulations, all applicable Federal, State and Local codes, including specific regulations related to working at the Northport VAMC. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside procurement.
