Basketball and Pickleball Courts

1. The City seeks to contract for the design, provision, and installation of a post-tensioned concrete playing surface. 2. The awarded company is responsible for cleanup of the site and removal of debris at completion of the project. The awarded company will also be responsible for the restoration of any areas that have been damaged during construction (for example, but not limited to: grass, fences, shrubs, trees, curbs...). 3. A minimum of (2) year warranty shall be extended to the City of Brighton at no cost. This warranty period begins at the acceptance of the project and extends to (2) years from that date. Additional year warranties are looked upon favorably, but terms should be identified in the written proposal. 4. Bidder must designate timeline and estimated time of completion.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
