Description

COMFRC has a requirement for the fabrication and installation of a convex style, welded frame, fabric covered awning spanning from the top of the entrance steps to the edge of the asphalt parking lot in front of the COMFRC Headquarters building (see picture below). *note- ramp in picture is temporary and will be removed prior to awning installation* Dimensions are approximately 30 feet long, 12 feet wide and 10 feet high. There are five steps up to the landing. Awning height will be consistent over the steps and sidewalk. Installation shall comply with Maryland State local building code. Awning will be covered with Navy blue fabric and have the COMFRC logo on the end facing the parking lot. Logo to be provided after contract award.
