| Description | The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO 19) is conducting a market survey and is seeking potential sources for a remote patient observation system that enables audio and visual monitoring of patients. The system will allow video monitoring and two-way voice communication with patient/s requiring close observation. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) requires installation and implementation of a standardized turn-key system to monitor selected high fall risk patients to aid in the reduction of falls and patient injuries. The contractor must provide all necessary tools, equipment/hardware, software, licenses, installation, maintenance, 24x7x365 support, warranty, education and training. |
