| Description | The goal of this project is to provide a roof recover for multiple sections of the roof. Approximately half of the roof was replaced previously. This project will replace the remainder of the roof. The existing roof is a two-ply modified bitumen roof which appears to have been heavily patched. The new system will be a ½" gypsum cover board with a new two ply SBS modified bitumen roof set in cold adhesive. The existing metal coping will be re-used on the part of the building to receive new roofing. |
