Refuse Collection and Disposal from Residential Units with Collection, Processing and Marketing of Recyclables The Borough is accepting bids for a five (5) year term commencing January 1, 2023, with a two (2) year extension option at the Boroughs discretion. Sealed bids, on required Bid Documents, accompanied by a bid bond of not less than ten percent (10%) of the the Borough Manager. Thereafter, the Borough Manager/Secretary will forth-with distribute all Bids to Borough Council for consideration. The successful bidder shall be required to submit a Performance Bond in the form of an Irrevocable Letter of Credit in the amount of One Hundred percent (100%) of the value of the contract awarded. The Borough Council hereby reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any immaterial omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any Bid at its sole discretion.
