Description

The project location is the entire length of Bog and Vly Lane in the Borough of Lincoln Park, County of Morris, State of New Jersey. The project limits are between the intersections of Beaver Brook Road and Comly Road. The project length is approximately 3,113 linear feet (0.589 miles). The scope of work includes: construction of new sidewalk and curb ramps with detectable warning surfaces for disable persons; reconstruction of existing storm inlets; traffic line striping; traffic signs; and, asphalt road resurfacing. The main items of construction and approximate quantities include, but are not necessarily limited to: twenty (20) sidewalk and curb ramps for disabled persons with detectable warning surfaces; 16,000 square yards of asphalt milling; 2,000 tons of hot mixed asphalt surface course, two (2") inches thick, mix 9.5 M64; reconstruction of thirty (30) Type B storm inlets, including new castings; 8,000 linear feet of four (4") inch wide centerline stripes; 7,500 linear feet of six (6") inch wide edgeline stripes; 1,000 linear feet of 12" wide crosswalk walk stripes; and, replacement of twenty-five (25) traffic and regulatory signs.
