Crabtree Creek Nature Park and Morrisville Community Park Phase III

Architectural and/or Engineering firm (consultant) to assist in developing a site plan and construction drawings for two park sites within Morrisville. The first park site is Crabtree Creek Nature Park located at 151 Keybridge Drive, Morrisville NC 27560. The Crabtree Creek Nature Park site will likely consist of a playground, picnic shelter/restroom building, parking lot, nature boardwalk trail, walking trails, and open field play area. The second park site is Morrisville Community Park Phase III located at 1520 Morrisville Parkway, Morrisville NC 27560. This park construction project will likely consist of new tennis courts, walking trails, and amenities to be installed at the eastern portion of the park. The consultant shall provide and conduct site analysis, schematic renderings, public meetings, site design, structural design, and cost estimating. The period of performance for this project is anticipated to take up to twelve months. Planning the sites will allow for creative flexibility and public participation. The following is a general description of the work required for each park, which is not intended to be all-inclusive.
