Annual Preventive Maintenance

Basic Services. The contractor shall provide services for on-site reverse osmosis water purification services to include but not limited to: inspections, preventive maintenance, calibration and scheduled parts replacement, to include repairs and parts, on the main Reverse Osmosis (RO) system and the seven portable reverse osmosis systems located at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), Hemodialysis Clinic, 3551 Roger Brooke Drive, Ft. Sam Houston, TX 78234. The contractor is responsible for conducting business, between the hours of 0730 – 1630 (7:30 am – 4:00 pm) Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings. Any and all visits to BAMC shall be coordinated with the COR of this contract. Upon completion of calibration, the Contractor shall affix a DD Form 2163 (Medical Equipment Calibration/Verification/ Certification) to the control panel of the equipment in plain view. If the form is already present, it will be annotated with the new date and initialed. (Forms to be provided by Medical Maintenance as needed).
