| Description | Construction of a Partial Roof Replacement Project for Major Williams at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Blacksburg, Virginia. The project is generally described as slate repair +/- 12,000 SF (replace ridge caps, valleys and replace broken slate) and a tear-off replacement of approximately 850 SF of existing fully adhered EPDM roof with a new fully adhered 90 mil EPDM roof system, including new insulation and flashings. All this work to be completed as required for a complete watertight roof system. |
