If not submitted electronically, the proposal guarantee must be received at the Carlton County Transportation Department, 1630 County Road 61, Carlton, MN 55718, in a sealed envelope marked clearly with the name of the bidder, type of work, and project number 4:00 P.M. CST, the business day prior to the specified date of bid opening. Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations.
