Group Home (Developmental Disabilities) - Renovations

The scope of the work consists of (but is not limited to): Project 1: Kitchen cabinet and countertop replacement: l Demo existing (perform any wall repairs from demolition) l Provide and install new cabinets and countertops (material type to be discussed) Project 2: Replace flooring: 1st floor: Kitchen, side entry/hall, living room, 1 BR and bath 2nd floor: bath and 2 Bedrooms l New flooring will either be a quality sheet vinyl or floating click-lock planking Project 3: Replace existing wood wheelchair ramp l Remove existing wood wheelchair ramp and install equivalent aluminum ramp, including any site work l Selected contractor(s) will provide all materials, labor, tools and equipment and supervision required. Port Resources located on Gannett Drive in South Portland is accepting bids for the labor and material for three projects for a group home for people with developmental disabilities located in the city of South Portland, ME. Interested contractors can bid on any or all parts of the project. Late bids will not be accepted. Proof of insurance and bonding required. This project is funded with U.S. Department of HUD, South Portland Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding. Davis-Bacon payroll rules apply.
