Description	The Municipality will retain an engineering firm for the following: 1. Part Name: Jackson Twp Business Park - PE Part 1 will consist of preliminary engineering and environmental services for the Jackson Twp Business Park and signal work on SR 22. Services for this part will include, but are not limited to the following: Environmental Studies: The project team will be responsible for the preparation of the CEE and all investigations and public involvement required to obtain the necessary National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) approval. Preliminary Engineering Services: Field Surveys; Hydrologic and Hydraulic Study; Waterway Permits; Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan; NPDES Permitting; Preliminary Geotechnical Engineering Report; Right of Way Activities; Utility Investigation; Preliminary Drainage Design; Safety Review/Audit; Preliminary Traffic Control Plan; Preliminary Pavement Design; Typical Sections; Design Field View; Public Involvement; Project Scheduling; and Project Management and Coordination. Project Oversight will be provided by PennDOT with involvement with project stakeholders as needed. 2. Part Name: Jackson Twp Business Park - FD Part 2 will consist of final design services for the Roadway for the Jackson Twp Business Park and signal work on SR 22. Services for this part will include, but are not limited to the following: Supplemental Surveys; Final Geotechnical Report; Cross Sections; Right of Way Plan; Final Traffic Control Plan; Utility Engineering; Foundation Design; Final Roadway Design; Preliminary and Final Plan Checks; CPM/ Constructability Review; Plans, Specifications, and Estimate Submission; Project Scheduling; Public Involvement; and Project Management and Coordination.Project Oversight will be provided by PennDOT with involvement with project stakeholders as needed. 3. Part Name: Jackson Twp Business Park - CON Part 3 will consist of services during construction for the Roadway for the Jackson Twp business park and signal work on SR 22. Services for this part will include, but are not limited to the following: Shop Drawing Review and Construction Consultation.Project Oversight will be provided by PennDOT with involvement with project stakeholders as needed. 4. Part Name: Jackson Twp Business Park CON INSP Part 4 will consist of construction inspection for the Roadway for the Jackson Twp Business Park and signal work on SR 22. Project Oversight will be provided by PennDOT with involvement with project stakeholders as needed.
