La Monte R-IV School District HVAC Repair & Replacement Project

The La Monte R-IV School District is inviting General Contractors to submit sealed bids for a HVAC Repair & Replacement project at the La Monte R-IV School District, 301 S. Washington, La Monte, MO 65337. Scope of Work. Contractor shall complete the project and provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for completion of the project. The scope of work for the project shall consist of the scope of work detailed in the District's Invitation to Bid, and includes all work necessary and identified in Exhibit A to the District's Invitation to Bid (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Specifications"), which are incorporated and made part of this Agreement by this reference as if fully stated herein. The scope of work shall be performed in accordance with this Agreement and the Attachments incorporated into this Agreement and attached hereto. The project shall be referred to throughout the remainder of this Agreement as the "Work". All Work under this Agreement shall be done by Contractor in compliance with all applicable local, county, state, and federal laws, codes, ordinances, and regulations. Contractor shall be solely responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits, licenses, and other documents to perform the Work. Contractor shall pay all governmental charges and inspection fees necessary for the prosecution of the Work which are applicable at the time this Contract is executed unless otherwise indicated in the Specifications.
