USCG Replace Sewer Pipes, Bldgs. 1, 4 & 8 at USCG Base

This project requires the removal and replacement of the sanitary sewer piping, and associated components, for Buildings 1, 4, and 8. Work also includes the selective removals to gain access to the piping and the subsequent repairs to the removed items to an “as-new” condition after the sanitary piping systems installation and completion of associated testing and acceptance by the Government, salving fixtures and equipment for installation, and incidental work. Base: The first two (2) phases will take place at Building 4, Floors 1 and 2. Option Item 1: The remaining three (3) phases for Building 4, Floors 3,4 and 5 along with two (2) phases for Building 8, Floors 1 and 2. Option Item 2: The remaining three (3) phases for Building 8, Floors 3, 4, and 5 along with the three (3) phases for Building 1, Floors 1, 2, and 3.
