Description	FY22 Design Services for Huntington Therapeutic School Gymnasium Renovations; Architectural drawings, renderings, and engineering specifications and proposed construction schedule for complete renovation of Huntington School Gymnasium as follows: 1. Demolition and removal from premises of existing suspended and architectural ceilings, lighting fixtures, heating/HVAC system, flooring, and sub-flooring as necessary. 2. Demolition of interior walls. 3. Demolition of windows. 4. Demolish existing egress doors. 5. Demolition of existing gymnasium equipment, i.e., basketball goals, etc. 6. Spray Painting existing bars joist and ceiling. 7. Installing new high bay style high efficiency gymnasium lighting system. 8. Installation of new finished wall surfaces. 9. Installation of new finished gymnasium with requisite lines painting or basketball, volleyball, etc. 10. Installation of new egress doors with ADA compliant hardware. 11. Installation of required fire/life safety devices. 12. Installation of intercom system. 13. Installation of sound/PA system equipment. 14. Strip and refinish stage flooring. 15. Paint stage and walls. 16. Install new stage lighting system. 17. Install new safety padding on all walls at court level. 18. Install new HVAC system
