Description

Professional Design Engineering and Related Services required to advance the Design of Security Upgrades and Solar Panel Expansion. A small unnamed stream separates the unused parcel from the main body of the property. The consultant shall develop plans for constructing a crossing to support the maintenance equipment needed for lawn care and for maintaining the proposed solar panels. An unused parcel of land on SCTA’s Lancaster property is currently not enclosed with security fencing. The consultant shall prepare plans providing for the installation of security fencing around this portion of the property. The rest of the property at Erick Road is enclosed with security fencing. As part of the installation of the security fencing, the unused parcel shall be cleared. The consultant shall also plan for the installation of security cameras as an addition to SCTA’s current system to monitor this portion of the property.
