Description

Project No-C210804, 22013 Level III interior alteration, and roof deck addition to an existing 3,300 SF wood truss, load bearing masonry, single story building. Interior alteration scope included reconfiguring spaces and PME system for the Wilson Visitor Center. A new sprinkler system will be provided. A new stair will be added to a 735 SF roof deck. Award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder unless all bids are rejected. Wilson County Tourism Development Authority reserves the right to evaluate bids, to reject any and all bids and proposals, to waive informalities and technicalities within the scope of authority, and further specifically, Wilson County Tourism Development Authority reserves the right to make the award in the best interest of Wilson County Tourism Development Authority.
