**As of December 22, 2022, project was awarded to HB Construction, awarded amount $10,971,496.95** The Bernalillo County Procurement & Business Services Department on behalf of the Parks, Recreation and Open Space Department is currently requesting sealed bids from prospective bidders for the Re-bid of Mesa del Sol Tournament Fields - Ph 2. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours to submit your bid. In compliance with the Bernalillo County Board of County Commissioners Ordinance No. 2020-20 requiring Community Workforce Agreements (CWA) for certain Parks, Recreation and Open Space construction projects, this Project is subject to the terms of a Community Workforce Agreement (CWA) by and between the County and the New Mexico Building and Construction Trades Council, on behalf of and including its affiliated local unions and Southwest Regional Council of Carpenters L.U. 1319.
