Reference Number 0000318167 The Rifle Downtown 5th Street Safety and Accessibility Project will rehabilitate aging infrastructure at the downtown 5th street and Railroad Avenue intersection which includes: Concrete Sidewalk, curb, gutter, and ramps Asphalt Patching for curb, gutter and trenching New Signal poles and mast arms which includes but is not limited to conduit, wiring, pull boxes, equipment, caissons. Excavation and backfill Installation of new street lights which includes caissons, hardware, templates, trenching, backfilling, conduit, wiring and permitting, Landscaping which includes, irrigation, plantings, rock mulch, and irrigation controllers.
