2022/2023 Snow Plowing Contract

commencing October 15, 2022 through April 30, 2023 for the following stations: Hollowbrook Fire Station, 1130 Oregon Road, Cortlandt Manor, NY Jefferson Valley Fire Station, 500 Lee Blvd., Yorktown Heights, NY Furnace Woods Fire Station, 260 Croton Avenue, Cortlandt Manor, NY Mohegan Fire Station, 1975 E. Main Street, Mohegan Lake, NY Bids should be an all-inclusive one, including snow plowing and sand/magnesium salt sidewalks at Hollowbrook Station, Jefferson Valley Station and Furnace Woods Station. Bids must also include an hourly rate for a dump truck and loader for snow removal IF DEEMED NECESSARY. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to repair/restore all areas damaged during snow removal, and the relining of parking stoppers. All aprons to all Fire Stations must be kept free of snow and ice at all times. A CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE MUST ACCOMPANY ALL BIDS. The Lake Mohegan Fire District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept any bid they deem most favorable.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways.
