| Description | The contractor shall perform janitorial services at the following two USDA Forest Service, Ocala National Forest locations in Florida: 1. The Lake George Ranger District, Administrative Office, 17147 E Highway 40, Silver Springs, FL 34488 (Marion County) 2. The Seminole Range District, Bradley Work Center, 40929 State Road 19, Umatilla, FL 32784 (Lake County). Except for items listed under the Government Furnished Property, the contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, transportation, incidentals, and supervision; and, shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of all janitorial services described in Section C/Statement of Work. All performance must be in accordance with the terms, specifications, and provisions of this solicitation and resultant contract. All cleaning supplies used for this contract will be in accordance with the Sustainable Acquisition Policy (FAR 23.1) and Environmentally Preferable Products and Services (FAR 23.7). This contract will consist of a 12-Month Base Period and four (4) - 12-month option periods. |
