Southerly Training Center Renovation (1655)

In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: Renovation of the existing Training Center interior including but not limited to: office space, training classrooms, flooring, ceiling, and lighting. Modifications to existing HVAC components and controls. Updates to existing IT infrastructure. Modification of exterior storefront assemblies. A full description of the work can be found within the subsequent contract documents. Any changes, additions and/or deletions resulting from this pre-bid conference will be covered in an addendum to the Contract Documents. The NEORSD reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received. Bidders shall review the Instructions to Bidders and all other contract documents prior to submitting a bid for this project. The Contract will be subject to the NEORSD policies and goals regarding the use of minority, women, and small business enterprises (MBE/WBE/SBE). This policy is contained in the Contract Specifications. The MBE/WBE/SBE goal for this Contract is 15%, comprised of 10% MBE/WBE and 5% SBE.
