Description

The RE&C Contractor is to provide the Government with a complete construction and warranty in accordance with FAR 52.246-21, for the demolition and replacement of the existing Ramp 400 Phase IV concrete pavements, including demolition and replacement of Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) transition pavement; demolition and replacement of existing drainage utilities; and all other work necessary to make the project complete and usable. Base Bid – All construction and demolition - This project will occur in three phases. Phase 01 of the project will start after contract award. This phase will consist of submittal and Government review of required pre-construction submittals, testing and acceptance of proposed materials to be used in the project, obtaining all required permits, submittal/approval. Phase 02 of the project will be the field work associated with mobilization, establishment of staging area and batch plants, construction of staging/parking areas, investigation and surveying, and production, stockpiling of materials. Phase 03 may not begin prior to 18 March 2024 and will consist of demolition of the existing parking ramp and the new construction associated with the repair of Phase IV of the 400 aircraft parking ramp. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with (IAW) the 100% Specifications and 100% Plans for Travis 400 Ramp, and all SOW Appendixes listed in Section 3.0. Project Phase 02 activities; demolition of the existing parking ramp PCC and granular base may commence after receipt of partial notice to proceed (NTP) by the Contracting Officer. Phase 03; new construction activities may commence after receipt of full NTP by the Contracting Officer. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
