| Description | Work consists of the placement/construction of a mechanically cleaned bar screen at the Pretreatment Tank at the Belvidere WWTF. Work includes: bypassing of the Pretreatment Tank; modifications to the existing concrete structure; installation of the mechanical screen, including power and controls; construction of a "bus stop" type enclosure to protect equipment; modification of the existing grating; and extension of the plants service water system to serve the mechanical screen, all in compliance with all applicable safety regulations and provision of the Contract Documents. |
