Description | Substation Flooring Replacement Project. Questions regarding the bid specifications should be directed to Mario Flores at (562) 220-2020 and/or at Mflores@paramountcity.com. The Contractor shall be responsible for the removal of the current carpet. The contractor will also be responsible for the installation of the new Substation flooring that is approximately 6,000 square feet. Contractor shall also install cove base in all affected areas (color to be determined by city staff). The contractor shall also provide an additional 200 square feet of carpet for in-house replacements. Work shall include the following: a. Carpet shall be; i. Purchased from; ShawContract ii. Responsibility of the contactor to remove furniture to complete work and replace furniture back to its original corresponding locations once work has been completed. a. Contractor is responsible for any and all damages incurred by the removal and/or replacement of furniture. |
