Exterior Door - Fleet Maintenance Garage

Contractor to remove and replace an exterior solid steel impact resistant door at the Fleet Maintenance Garage (6915 SW 45th Street, Davie, FL 33314). A. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals necessary to remove one (1) existing single door, jamb, door handle, door lock, frame, automatic door closer, threshold, and all accessories and hardware needed to replace it with a new solid steel impact resistant door. B. The contractor shall provide the material for the new door. The door shall be an exterior solid steel impact resistant to match the existing door. The new doors jambs, door handle, door lock, frame, paint door and door frame the same color as existing, automatic door closer, threshold and accessories and/or hardware of the same size and configuration as the existing. All components/hardware shall be stainless steel. Any stucco, paint, and/or flooring damaged by the removal and installation of the door shall be repaired, finished, and painted to match existing by the contractor.
