Description | Site Development Improvements: a) Contractor to provide product costs and installation the following Playground equipment based on the project plans: PlayWorld - Product #: 350-2258 Challengers Playground Equipment (Total -1) PlayWorld - Product #: ZZXX0828 Heavy Duty 8' Swing Set (Total - 1) PlayWorld - Product #: ZZXX0829 Heavy Duty 8' Swing Extensions (Total - 1) PlayWorld - Product #: ZZXX0830 Heavy Duty 10' Swing Set (Total Items - 1) PlayWorld - Product #: ZZXX0831 Heavy Duty 10' Swing Extensions (Total - 2) PlayWorld - Product #: ZZXX-0265 Infant Swing for 8' Swing Set (Total -2) PlayWorld - Product #: ZZXX0635 Sing Along Seat for 8' Swing Set (Total - 2) Play World - Product #: ZZXX-0261 Black Belt Swing Seat for 10' Swing Set (Total - 6) Playground Equipment installation as listed above and as found in project plan set to follow all manufacturer's guidelines and specifications along with all CPSC, ASTM, ADA and any additional State Guidelines and Regulations for playground installation and safety. b) Contractor to provide product and installation costs of playground surfaces as on alternate bid amounts for the following surface types: 1) XGrass(R) Synthetic Turf for Play Areas or Equal 2) NoFault(R) Loose Rubber Mulch for Playgrounds (Terra Cotta) or Equal 3) NoFault(R) Safety Surface Poured-In Place Rubber Mat for 10' Fall Height or Equal Chosen Playground Surface installation from list above and as found in project plan set to follow all manufacturer's guidelines and specifications along with all CPSC, ASTM, ADA and any additional State Guidelines and Regulations for playground installation and safety for a 10' Fall Height. c) Contactor to disassemble, remove and replace existing playground equipment structure to another location as determined by the City of Lincolnton Parks & Recreation Department. d) Contractor to follow all the Project General Notes, Notes listed on individual plan sheets and construction details in the overall demolition, construction, and maintenance of the project components until final acceptance by the City of Lincolnton. e) Provide all labor, equipment, and materials described above and attached plans and specifications for a turn-key construction project of the Highland Drive Park - Playground Equipment & Surfacing Project. f) All work to be done in compliance with all government agencies including but not limited to: City of Lincolnton, Lincoln County, OSHA, NC DEMLR Land Quality and Aquifer Protection Sections, NC DEQ Water Quality, US Army Corps of Engineering, and the Federal American with Disabilities Act guidelines.
