Improvements to Catswamp Road (Phase 2) and Bountiful Drive

The project consists of the improvement of Catswamp Road and Bountiful Drive. The improvements include, but are not limited to, milling, paving, drainage, striping, and restoration. All work on this contract shall be completed within sixty (60) calendar days from the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Township of Allamuchy and must be accompanied by a Statement of Consent of Surety from a surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and acceptable to the municipality and either a Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of the Township of Allamuchy for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful bidder is hereby notified that a performance bond for the full amount of this project is required. The successful bidder shall be required to comply with the following: A.Affirmative Action requirements .The provisions of the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act The right is also reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities where such informality is not detrimental to the best interest of the Township. The right is also reserved to increase or decrease the quantities specified in the manner designated in the Specifications.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
