Description

The Pioneer Valley Planning Commission (PVPC) is seeking Housing Rehabilitation Specialist consulting services to assist in the implementation of multiple municipal housing rehabilitation programs being managed by the PVPC. Services are needed on or about November 1, 2022. It is expected that services will be needed for approximately 50 units of housing and other related technical or support as may be required. quest for Proposal (RFP) is available through the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission. Please contact Sue Ortiz at sortiz@pvpc.org for a copy of the RFP. The RFP will be available from the time of this notice until the due date specified below. The PVPC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is deemed in its best interests to do so. The PVPC will be the awarding and contracting authority. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
