| Description | Perform scheduled and emergency distribution system maintenance, repair, and restoration and new water main installation services for the Hampton Bays Water District in accordance with the requirements stipulated herein and all prevailing federal, state, and local safety and labor regulations. Services may include but not be limited to water main break repair, installation and repair of service lines, valve replacement, hydrant replacement, and water main installation, replacement and pavement repairs. The term of the Contract shall be January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022 with options for four (4) successive one (1) year periods (January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023) (January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024, January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025, January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026) at the discretion of the Town, unless terminated earlier by the Town. |
