Summer 2022 Asbestos Abatement Project

1. Removal and disposal of asbestos containing (AC) acoustical plaster on drywall from first floor classrooms (D-l - D-15 including offices) and east side stairwells and removal of all black iron support metal. Total amount is approximately 12,950 square feet (SF) 2. Removal and disposal of AC nine inch by nine inch (9" x 9") and one foot by one foot (1' x T) floor tile from all first floor classrooms (D-l - D-15 including offices). Total amount is approximately 12,300 SF. 3. Removal and disposal of mudded fittings from the first floor custodial closet, including the soffit between the custodial closet and restroom. Total amount is 30 joints. 4. Removal and disposal of mudded fittings from the second floor above the hard plaster hallway ceilings, demolition required. Total amount is 30 joints. 5. Removal and disposal of asbestos containing (AC) acoustical plaster from the guidance counselor office and removal of all black iron support metal. Total amount is approximately 1,250 square feet (SF). 6. Removal and disposal of AC nine inch by nine inch (9" x 9") or one foot by one foot (1'x T) floor tile from the guidance counselor office. Total amount is approximately 1,525 SF.
