| Description | Perform repair/replacement of four (4) existing neon lights for the JEA building signs atop the Tower, located 21 W Church St, Jacksonville, Florida 32202. This service includes, but is not limited to: removing and scrapping of all existing neon and high voltage electrical components replacing with that of LED lighting and replacement of existing signage faceplates. The following specifications are not intended to supersede Federal, State, or local regulations to which the Company must comply; nor are they intended to supersede or contradict content in the contract documents between JEA and the Company. This service must be performed in a safe manner, and the results must be aesthetically pleasing, as this facility represents JEA to our customers. Company shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, personnel, and equipment to accomplish tasks. |
