Small Scuff Drainage System Upgrade

Please see attached documents and site visit information. The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to extend the quote due date from 4-21 to 4-28. The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to extend the quote due date from 4-28 to 5-10. The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to extend the quote due date from 5-10 to 5-24. The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to extend the quote due date from 5-24 to 5-31. FBO: Commodity: The Air Force intends to have a site visit to solicit for the following commodity: The 76th CMXG/MXDEC is looking to procure a Small Scuff Drainage System Upgrade in accordance with the Statement of Work. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. Estimated Delivery should be 12 Months ARO. System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ . The NAICS code for this requirement is 333310 with a size standard of 1,000 EMP. The site visit will take place on 14 April 2023 from 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM. If you will be attending the site visit, you must notify Shannon Ree d at shannon.reed.8@us.af.mil by 10 April 2023 at 11:00 AM. The email must contain who will be attending and phone numbers for each individual. YOU MUST RSVP TO THE EMAIL BY THE STATED TIME AND DATE TO BE ALLOWED ON THE SITE VISIT. You will need to bring a driver's license to be allowed on the installation. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting a proposal.
