Description

The current Generator at the General Services Operations Facility is a natural gas powered 150 KW Briggs and Stratton connected to an ASCO 7000 Series transfer switch which is located on ground level in the side parking lot. Spec information below. The existing Generator at the Courthouse Complex is a diesel powered 250 KW Kohler connected to an EATON ATC-300 ATS. The Contractor shall inspect, test, preform preventive maintenance and maintain a record of service on the existing generator and all components (including ATS) abiding by all codes, manufactures recommendations and instructions written within this Contract. Maintenance, inspections and test shall be conducted every three (3) months or per manufactures recommendations. If repairs are needed, the Contractor shall contact the one of the POCs for approval prior to performing repairs. The Contractor shall include any filters, oil and normal maintenance items within the quarterly cost. The Contractor shall have a three (3) hour or less response time concerning any issues with the Generator. The Contractor shall obtain any and all permits, if required and comply with all laws, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations bearing on the conduct of the work. No time extensions shall be granted or financial consideration given to the Contractor for time or monies lost due to violations of any such ordinance, code, law or regulations that may occur.
