Construction - Locker Room HVAC

The contractor shall provide all necessary materials, labor, services, equipment, and incidental related work as required to provide a new complete and usable HVAC system per the accompanying drawings and specifications. The work shall include but not be limited to the following: - Removal of existing roof top exhaust fans. - Provide and install new roof top unit, including all required roof working and supports, electrical wiring and conduit, duct work, crane services, and other incidental work required for the installation. - Provide and install new insulated ductwork, diffusers, dampers, and other required accessories to provide air-side distribution as shown on drawing. - Provide and install HVAC DDC controls including controllers, wiring, input and output devices, programming, and all other materials and labor as required to achieve proper control functions as stated on drawing. - Removal and re-installation of existing suspended ceiling, and select cutting of openings in walls (above ceiling) as required for installation of ductwork. Provide patching, painting, and restoration of existing room finishes resulting from damage or required modifications associated with this project. - Provide all other incidental, labor, materials, and services required for the successful completion of the work.
