Wells Enterprises Ice Cream Plant Expansion

Plans call for the manufacturing addition to an existing ice cream plant. Attached is the current site set. They added some landscaping and changed a few small things. Please indicate on pricing this week whether you used these drawings or the 12/22 drawings. Attached is the most up to date set of site drawings and scope of work. This drawing set is about 90% there and this is what we will be using for bid purposes. Please have all final bids into me as soon as possible but no later than the end of the day on Thursday January 4th. I need them to review on Friday. We will be submitting for final site plan approval next month and scheduled to start April 1st. The intent is to award the entire package but breakdown pricing per phase. Please see attached the most current set of foundation and flatwork drawings for phase 1. We are looking for solid pricing on phase 1 and projected pricing for phases 2 and 3. I have also attached the latest scope of work. Please use phase 1 details to budget phase 2 and 3. We will be awarding phase 1 foundations and flat work next month. Please have all pricing for me by the end of day Thursday the 4th. I need to be qualifying bids by Friday. I am around next week so please reach out with questions. Vertical construction will start in the spring of 2024. There will be three phases. Some trades have been awarded and other trades are still open. Interested parties should reach out the general contractor directly.
