Duffield 207 and 227 and Bard 160 and 131, B28, and SB37 Labs Renovation

Renovate existing laboratory space at Duffield and Bard Halls. The scope of the renovation includes two lab spaces (207 and 227) on the second floor of Duffield Hall where active laboratories currently exist. These two rooms are very similar to one another and consist of a combined area of 1,050 square feet. The scope also includes Bard Hall Labs B28 and SB37 which will serve as new spaces for the two existing laboratories that currently occupy Duffield Labs 207 and 227. Additionally, in Bard Hall Labs 160/131 (the rooms are connected) will be renovated to support the new faculty hire.
