For Furnish and Deliver Vertical Turbine Pump The Contractor shall furnish and deliver two (2) vertical turbine pumps complete with motor assembly as specified herein for the Department of Environmental Services, City and County of Honolulu, Honolulu, Hawaii. The pumps shall be used to replace the existing trickling filter pump at the Waianae Wastewater Treatment Plant. Deadline to Request for Clarification/Substitution: December 8, 2022 Last day to Issue Addenda: December 15, 2022 The City reserves the right to request cost data to conduct a cost analysis. Pursuant to HRS 103D-312 and HAR 3-122 Subchapter 15, this cost data will be used to determine if the offer is fair and reasonable. Information provided by the Offeror may remain confidential and proprietary in accordance with HRS 92F 13(3). A sample of the City & County of Honolulus contract form is included as Notice to Offerors - Exhibit 1 of this section. Any questions regarding the Citys contract form shall be submitted prior to the solicitations deadline to submit Request for Clarifications/Substitutions. The City shall award a contract to the responsive, responsible Offeror with the lowest Total Price. The award is subject to the availability of funding.
