Description

The redevelopment of the MPA-owned facility. Proposals must include details for the design, build, finance, operation, and maintenance of a mixeduse facility, including approximately 750 parking spaces, residential, and retail components. Additionally, the following uses should be taken into consideration in the proposals: office, healthcare, retail space, and hotel use. The residential density should be sufficient to provide the MPA with the maximum economic benefit and include approximately eight to ten percent of the residences for workforce housing
