Description | ***Apparent low bidder from previous bid opening - AUI Inc. at $35,693,100 Question Deadline 02/16/2024 at 4:00 PM MT The work to be performed under this contract for Water Treatment Plant No. 1 Improvements shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials (unless specifically called out in this solicitation) necessary to rehab or construct as per the specifications. This includes the following major components: Repair of Sedimentation Basin #1, 2, and 3 walls (concrete, stucco, crack, leaks and voids) Disinfection Enlarging openings at rapid mix and flocculation for Sedimentation Basins #1, 2, and 3 Replace both filter building valves, Clearwater Pump Systems, and Piping Improvements Backwash Supply Pump Station Rehab Electrical Rehab East Filter Underdrain and Media Replacement. Licenses Required (NMAC Title 14 Chapter 6 Part 6): 1) GB-98 2) GF-9 or GF-98 3) EE-98 4) MM-98 or MM-1 or MM-3 Questions may be addressed however anything spoken is not binding. Bidders are required to submit questions on this electronic bidding website. A. The completed Work will provide the City of Farmington (Owner) with improvements to the Owner's existing Water Treatment Plant No. 1. The Water Treatment Plant (WTP) is located at 51 W. Ute Street, Farmington, NM 87401. B. Provide the materials, equipment, and incidentals required to make the Project completely and fully operable. C. Provide the labor, equipment, tools, and consumable supplies required for a complete Project. D. Provide the civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and all other Work required for a complete and operable Project. E. In coordination with the Owner and Programmer commission, startup, and place the completed Project phases into operation. F. Provide the special tools, spare parts, lubricants, supplies, or other materials as indicated in the Contract Documents for the operation and maintenance of the Project.
