This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number assigned to this action is W50S95-22-Q-0006. This acquisition is utilizing procedures in FAR Subpart 13, Simplified Procedures, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the 169 MSG/MSC, McEntire JNGB, SC 29044. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210, with a size standard of $16,500,000. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 dated 5 May 2022 and the Defense Acquisition Regulation (DFARS) Change Notice 20220428. The South Carolina Air National Guard intends to issue a firm-fixed priced purchase order to procure a portable 3D Motion Analysis system for the 169th Fighter Wing at McEntire Joint National Guard Base, South Carolina. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and supplies required to fulfill this requirement.
