| Description | Remove old kitchen cabinets and counter tops, replace with new cabinets and counter tops. Removal and proper disposal off-site of existing cabinets, counter tops, back splash and tile. Cabinets: 1.Laminated inside and out. 2.2 drawer + 1 door to have a lock. 3.Remove under cabinet lighting and replace with new fixtures. Include any necessary electrical work. Counters Tops: 1.Solid Surface 1/2 round over edge (1-1/2"). 2.Drop in sink hole (reset current sink). 3.4" Back splash to match counter tops. Miscellaneous: 1.Existing dishwasher to be removed and disposed of. Not replacing. (Need cabinet in that area). 2.Plumbing to reconnect sink, drain and faucet. 3.Remove existing tile on walls and replace with new tile. Install the same tile to areas above the 4" counter back splash. | ||
