| Description | This solicitation is to establish a contract to furnish Waste Disposal Service for the Department of Public Safety (DPS), located at 7979 Independence Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA 70806 This contract shall be effective for a period beginning with the date of award and ending June 30, 2023. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, the contract may be extended for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods at the same price, terms and conditions. Total contract time may not exceed thirty-six (36) months. AMOUNT OF BID BOND REQUIRED: ADDRESSED IN THE SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SECTION IF APPLICABLE AMOUNT OF PERFORMANCE BOND, IF REQUIRED: ADDRESSED IN THE SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SECTION ALL BID AMOUNTS SHALL BE SUBMITTED IN UNITED STATES DOLLARS. |
