Fire Extinguisher Kitchen Hood Suppression Maintenance, Repair and Testing

Provide preventative maintenance services, emergency, and non-emergency repair/replacement work, inspections and/or testing and cleaning for kitchen hood fire suppression system throughout the County Prevailing Wage Rates (PWR) apply to this project for the on-site work. Contractor shall comply fully with the provisions of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870. The Contractor shall pay workers at no less than the specified minimum hourly rate of wage as provided in the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) publication titled "Prevailing Wage Rates for Public All prices must be held firm for the first twelve (12) months of the contract. Fixed term. The contract term shall be for a maximum of five (5) years. Unless earlier terminated, the termination date of all contracts issued under this ITB shall be five (5) years from the initial, first contract execution. A Bid Bond will not be required for this solicitation. Performance and payment bonds will not be required for this contract. Other public agencies may establish contracts or price agreements directly with the awarded contractor under the terms, conditions and prices of the original contract; pursuant to ORS 279A.215 and agreement by the selected Contractor to extend the terms, conditions and prices of the original contract.
