Description

The General Work Contract D005911 or "GC" includes all labor, materials, and equipment as indicated in the project manual and the drawings including but not limited to: All clearing, grubbing, and site preparation as required. All earthwork required to perform the work indicated. Installation of heavy stone revetment, and removal of old concrete and sheet piling seawall. Removal of indicated asphalt driveway, and restoration of turfed areas in its place. Construction of new access gate. Construction of new concrete bench pads and installation of benches. Installation of new interpretive signage. Installation of new native stone boulder barriers to parking lot. Installation of new plant material- including trees (Note: shrubs, live stakes and live fascines will be supplied and installed by others). Restoration of all disturbed areas.
